Insta Hot Plate
8-inch Insta Hot Plate
Keep the warm moments warm.
Insta Hot Plate helps restaurants, caterers, cafes, and hospitality teams serve warm food or drinks where cords, open flame, and fuel cans do not fit the guest experience.
Warm the plate on its included base, move it to the table or station, and use it with the right serving piece to keep one important dish warmer for longer.

Best first test
Start with the dish that cools before guests are done.
The 8-inch Insta Hot Plate is the current standard product and the best starting point for most operators. Use it to test one real service moment before planning more stations, frames, or larger formats.
Pick a dish
Shared plate, sauce, coffee, tea, appetizer, or buffet side.
Warm the plate
Use the included charger/base in a staff area.
Serve cord-free
Move the warm plate to the table, counter, or station.
Decide what scales
Judge food quality, guest reaction, and staff handling.
Table service
Shared food stays enjoyable longer.
Use it for shared plates, sauces, queso, fajitas, appetizers, and dishes guests enjoy over time.
Beverage service
Warm drinks feel intentional.
Support coffee, tea, sake, tasting-room pours, breakfast service, and hospitality counters.
Buffet and events
Clean warm stations without flame.
Create guest-facing warm stations without open flame, fuel cans, or live cords crossing the serving area.
How it works in service
Warm on the base. Serve away from the base.
The standard 8-inch product includes the plate plus its dedicated charger/base. The base warms the plate before service. The plate moves to the table, counter, buffet, or event station.
For many restaurant uses, plan around roughly 30 minutes to 1 hour of useful warm service after charging. Actual results depend on the food, serving piece, room, outdoor conditions, and service pace.
Warm food moments
For dishes where warmth changes the guest experience, start with one plate and one service window.
Beverage and breakfast
Use it when coffee, tea, breakfast, or hospitality service should feel warm and cared for.
Finished presentation
Add a wood frame when the station needs to look more intentional for table service or events.
Included
Plate plus charger/base
The standard 8-inch product includes the Insta Hot Plate and its dedicated charger/base.
Accessory
Wood frame sold separately
Frames are optional accessories for more finished table-service, catering, or event presentation.
Options
Body and surface choices
Body options include white and black. Standard anti-slip surface patterns are available for guest-facing use.
Use it correctly
Match the serving piece to the 8-inch plate.
Use ceramic, glass, or metal serving pieces that are stable on the 8-inch surface and suitable around high heat. Avoid plastic or anything that may soften, deform, or become unsafe.
Charge only with the included charger/base. Do not place Insta Hot Plate on a stove, induction cooktop, burner, open flame, or other outside heating source.
Catering and buffet service
When outlets are not available, plan the charging area separately.
Indoor kitchens and prep counters should normally use standard wall or under-counter outlets. For off-site catering or event service, a suitable portable power station can support a staff-managed charging area when normal outlet access is not available.
Keep the power source and cords away from the guest-facing table. Move only the heated plate into the service station.

Want to know if it fits your service?
Tell TAIBAI what cools down, where guests see it, and how long the service moment needs to last. We can help decide whether the 8-inch product, frames, larger formats, or a custom discussion makes sense.
