Support and FAQ

Support and service ideas

Simple guidance for better warm service.

Insta Hot Plate is for moments when the food is good, the presentation is right, but the dish cools down before guests are finished enjoying it.

Start with one dish, one serving spot, and one service window. If it improves the guest experience, TAIBAI can help you plan more stations, frames, backups, or a larger quote.

First thing to try

Pick the dish that cools too fast.

The best first test is not complicated. Choose one dish or drink where warmth changes the guest experience, then see whether the plate helps during a real service window.

1
Pick a dish

Sauce, shared plate, coffee, tea, appetizer, or buffet side.

2
Warm the plate

Use the included base in a staff-managed area.

3
Serve cord-free

Move the warm plate to the table, counter, or station.

4
Watch the result

Judge food quality, staff handling, and guest reaction.

Good first tests

Small warm moments

Try dips, sauces, shared appetizers, coffee or tea service, tasting-room pours, breakfast items, or a premium dish that loses appeal when it cools before guests finish.

Service style

Cord-free at the table

Warm the plate on its base, then serve without a cord running across the guest-facing table or buffet station.

Presentation

Frame when it should look finished

The wood frame is a separate accessory for table service, catering, or event setups where the station needs a more finished look.

Suitable serving piece fit on the 8-inch Insta Hot Plate

Dish fit

Use dishes that belong around heat.

Use ceramic, glass, or metal serving pieces that are stable on the 8-inch plate and suitable around high heat. Avoid plastic or anything that may soften, deform, or become unsafe.

For catering and buffet service, match the station to the dish size. If the container is too large for the 8-inch plate, ask TAIBAI about frames, larger formats, or a custom plan instead of forcing the fit.

Use it correctly

Keep charging with staff. Keep service clean and cord-free.

  • Charge Insta Hot Plate only with its included charger/base.
  • Do not place it on a stove, induction cooktop, burner, open flame, or other outside heating source.
  • Do not touch the hot surface directly during or after service.
  • Keep the charging area staff-managed, especially for catering, buffet, or event use.
  • At the guest-facing table, the goal is a clean warm station without open flame, fuel cans, or a live cord crossing the serving area.

How long will it help?

Plan around the service moment, not just the clock.

For many restaurant and catering uses, plan around roughly 30 minutes to 1 hour of useful warm service after charging. Actual results depend on the food, serving piece, room, outdoor conditions, and how guests use the station.

The plate starts hot after charging, then cools gradually. If a longer event needs continuous warmth, use backups: keep extra plates charging with staff and swap them into service when a station cools.

Longer service windows

Use backup rotation for events.

For service longer than one warm window, keep extra plates charging in a staff-managed area. Swap a warm backup into the station when the active plate cools.

This should be tested with the actual food, vessel, room, and staff flow before scaling to many stations.

Insta Hot Plate and dedicated charger/base

What comes with it?

The standard 8-inch Insta Hot Plate includes the plate plus its dedicated charger/base. Wood frames are separate accessories.

Limited warranty

What is the warranty?

TAIBAI provides a one-year limited warranty for normal use. Drops, impact damage, misuse, and outside heating methods are not covered.

Order path

Can I buy from the public shop?

The broad public shop is not the main public sales channel right now. Most commercial buyers should use the product pages, quote/contact path, or a private checkout link from TAIBAI.

Hospitality and beverage service use case for Insta Hot Plate

Is this only for restaurants?

No. It can also support catering, buffet, cafe, beverage, tasting, private-event, hospitality, and table-service use cases.

Future product

Is Insta Hot Plate Pro available?

No. Insta Hot Plate Pro is a future/special professional workflow. The current standard product is the 8-inch Insta Hot Plate.

Quote trigger

When should I request a quote?

Request a quote for many units, frames, larger formats, international shipping, custom work, or any setup where one 8-inch station is not enough.

Tell us what you serve and where it cools down.

Useful details include the dish or drink, serving piece, table or station setup, desired warm-service time, number of stations, country/state, and whether you need frames, larger formats, or custom work.
